Clinical Services
At G.L.O.M. TAY, we have licensed clinical staff deliver non-medical services to individuals with mental illness or behavioral disorders linked to County Behavioral Health, with empathy and expertise.
The goal: support client development by providing stability to clients, help navigate co-occurring disorders, preventing psychiatric hospitalization, and supporting post-hospitalization stabilization, resulting in a positive contribution to the community.






Initial Assessment
- Conducted within 24 hours of client’s arrival.
- Comprehensive, individualized assessment including history, biological, psychological, social, and risk factors.
- Focus: accurate representation of client’s journey prior to entering G.L.O.M.’s program.
Initial Therapy
- Scheduled weekly sessions.
- Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy.
- Goal: support overall mental health and wellness.
Crisis Intervention
- Clinicians provide collaborative crisis support.
- Risk level assessed for client, peers, and staff.
- Clinical Supervisor determines best intervention.
Group Therapy
- Encourages peer interaction, social skill practice, and interpersonal development.
- Skills learned in individual therapy are applied in group settings.
